We are pleased to inform you that the Chief Commissioner’s Award Exploration Test 01/2010 is now open for registration.

Course Code  :               CCE/01-10

Test Date      :                March 19^th to 20^th, 2010

Closing Date :                 February 4^th, 2010

Fees:                              $10.00 per Scout

Prelim Report Briefing Date :                 February 5^th, 2010

Prelim Report Briefing Time :                 6.00pm (1800hrs)

Reporting Location:                 Victoria School, Scout Den

Maximum No. of Participants:                 25

Category:                 Scouts with 1^st Class Badge or Pass 1^st Class Exploration Test

Requirements

:               Applicants must have a Basic or Standard First Aid Certificate in hand (with expiration not less than 6 months from the Exploration Test Date)

Registered participants will have to attend a briefing.  Attendance must be in Half Uniform with group or school T-shirt or school uniform.

3.       Authorization For Payment.pdf (for Units who wish to pay through the Scout Group Fund)

Units are to adhere to the registration procedures.  Registrations for all courses are based on a first-come-first-served basis.

Please register and submit the Group Registration Form for Programme Courses.xls to me via email at Madelene.Seow@scout.org.sg or adrianchua@scout.org.sg before the closing date(s).  Upon receiving our email confirmation, please then proceed to make the necessary payment to the Scout HQ.

All application forms together with registration fee must be submitted to the Scout HQ by the stipulated closing date.  Late registration will not be accepted.
